Typical Questions Asked – Q & A

Q: What is the maximum loan amount?
A: It can vary, but generally the maximum loan is $1000.

A: Not to worry. If you meet the minimum requirements, chances are you’ll be approved.

Q: How long does the approval process take?
A: If you follow the steps correctly, once approved, the funds are usually in your bank account in less than 24 hours.

Q: How do I get the money once I am approved?
A: It’s simple. We have the funds deposited directly into your checking account.

A: If you cannot pay in full you can request an extension by either emailing us at [email protected] or by calling us at (888) 678-2999. You are required to pay at least the fees that are due. It is recommended though that you pay more than just the fees that are due, which shall reduce both the principal and the fees for the extension period. Your loan may not be “rolled over” or extended beyond twelve weeks after the day on which you made the loan.

Q: What if I want to pay off my loan early?
A: You may pay off your loan earlier than the due date without a pre-payment penalty. As well, you may be entitled to a refund of some of the finance charge.

A: It depends on your income. If you have outstanding loan(s) we might want to see payments are made to payoff those loan(s) in order to receive a loan from us.
